Getting Around
By Car
The easiest way to explore Verona and the countryside between events is by car — we suggest booking a rental from the airport when you land. On the night of the wedding we'll provide shuttles to the ceremony and reception, so no one needs to drive.
All three companies have rental desks at the airports listed above. We suggest booking in advance — September is busy season in Verona.
Before You Drive
International Driving Permit
Non-EU/EEA drivers need an International Driving Permit — it is required by law. You must carry it alongside your home driver's licence and passport. It costs $20 and you can arrange one at aaa.com/vacation/idpf.
Chauffeured
Private Transport
If you'd rather be driven — from the airport, from the station, or between events — reach out to us directly at TheKizlers@gmail.com. We'll ask the villa or the hotel to follow up with options so you can book your own private transport.
Accommodation
Where to Stay
The villa's own hotel — the closest bed to the celebration. Wedding guests receive a discounted room rate; mention our wedding when you book.
Please book by 1 June 2027 — September is busy season in Verona.
